Brandon Cantrell

District Manager

Brandon Cantrell has been in the Food Service industry for 30 years. Brandon graduated from St. Augustine Culinary in 1998 with a BA in Culinary Arts. He completed his externship in New York and Chicago where he worked under Chef Rocco DiSpirito and Chef Charlie Trotter. Brandon worked at the Ponte Verda Country Club where we catered The Players Championship and other celebrity events. His career as a sous chef started at the age of 24 and by the age of 26, he was promoted to Executive Chef. Brandon has been with Compass Group as part of the Canteen sector since 2004 and has been recognized by Canteen as one of the Great People for Outstanding Achievement in 2013 and was the Regional and National Be a Star winner in 2015. He is a member of the Diversity and Action Council and a Champion of Menus of Change Initiative.

Greg Jackson

Executive Chef

Greg has 30 years of experience in culinary operations holding roles as General Manager, Regional Support, Director of Dining Services, Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef. His background includes university dining, business dining, hotel and resorts, and freestanding restaurants. He has been in his current position of district operations manager for three years. Accomplishments include team awards for Second Best Dining Hall in America 2016, Best Colleges.com, and Toast of the Town two-time winner in Salisbury, North Carolina. Greg is a proud professional and talented team member with Canteen Dining. He enjoys working as a community partner for the betterment of our communities. In addition, with a focus on quality and great taste, he also enjoys contributing to and advancing the innovative programs and dining concepts of Canteen.

Doug Allan 

Executive Chef 

Certified Executive Chef, Doug Allen, has served in the Food and Hospitality industry for 37 years and comes from a family of small restaurant owners. Doug received his Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Western Carolina University and Associates of Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales. Doug worked in upscale restaurants and the catering business for 7 years before landing in campus dining, where he served 24 years. Doug has been in corporate dining for the past year and is now a member of the Canteen at BMW Team as an executive chef over BMW Performance Center and SOC. Doug takes pride in his work and goes to great length to ensure that each catered meal is a unique experience.

Destin Faria, MHS, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian

Destin is registered dietitian with over 12 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Health Science in Nutrition from Western Carolina University. She completed a 1200 hour supervised dietetic internship before becoming certified as a registered dietitian in 2018. Destin has been awarded the Nutrition and Dietetics Public Service Award and Outstanding Dietetic Student of the Year. As a dietitian, Destin has worked in both private and public sectors delivering customized nutrition therapy and education to individuals from various backgrounds. She is passionate about helping individuals make healthy, informed choices that are customized to their lifestyle. In her role as Registered Dietitian for Canteen at BMW, Destin collaborates with chefs to assist with menu development, and helps to ensure BMW employees have access to healthy and nutritious foods.

Christopher Rowell

Catering Manager

Christopher comes to Canteen with over 23 years of culinary experience. Christopher started his culinary career at the young age of 17, when he pursued a formal apprenticeship with a Master Chef. With his newfound knowledge and skills, Christopher then travelled throughout various culinary scenes exploring diverse food styles before taking heart to fine dining and catering. Christopher started with Canteen in December of 2022 as head of catering for the BMW campus.

Jeff Bozsoki

Quality Assurance and Safety Manager

Jeff is a seasoned food and beverage professional with experience in a variety of settings including contract management, corporate and franchised restaurants, country clubs and independent operations. After two decades of running successful businesses, Jeff has shifted his focus to food safety to contribute to the success of the Canteen BMW team mission of serving every meal safely to our guests by maintaining the program standards and policies defined by Canteen and BMW.

Michael Levasseur

Executive Sous Chef- Hall 52

Michael is a mechanic turned culinary artist that has been in the upscale food industry for 10 years. Michael has worked as a banquet manager for large-scale hotel operations, such as the Hyatt, in New York and Boston before relocating to Clemson, SC where he served as the catering manager for the Abernathy hotel. Michael has been with Canteen since December of 2022 as the Executive Sous Chef for Hall 52.

Theresa Hyuck

Executive Sous Chef- B Shift

Theresa has served in the Food and Hospitality industry for 25+ years. After receiving a degree in hospitality at State University at Westchester NY, Theresa went on to work in management and operations for several large-scale chain restaurants before being led into contract food service. Theresa has been onsite at BMW since August of 2022. Her true passion for the culinary field coupled with her strong leadership skills makes her an excellent addition to the Canteen team!

Thelma Espinosa

Retail Manager

Thelma Espinosa has been working on site at BMW Manufacturing for nearly 27 years. Though new to Canteen, she has been a part of the Compass Group family for a combined total of 17 years. No one knows the food service department at BMW better than Thelma. She has held roles of line cook, assistant chef, cashier, Starbucks manager, and administrative assistant. Thelma transitioned to the Canteen team as Retail Manager for our cafe and starbucks locations.

Sarah Enyeart 

Admintrative Service Manager

Sarah Enyeart comes to Canteen with a background in purchasing, receiving, and administrative support. Sarah has been a part of the food service team at BMW Spartanburg for three years. Sarah now serves as the Administrative Service Manager, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. Sarah's experience at BMW and her hard work ethic brings unparallel value to the Canteen at BMW team.
